AWFUL!!! The last three times I have came to this location they have been closed. This time other customers were outside and upset at 8:44PM meanwhile the store is supposed to close at 10PM! The employees ran to the back then they seen customers to hide. What an EPICFAIL for a business and especially the owner to turn away customers. Customers are your dollar count in a business right? Or maybe its just poor decisions in hiring staff. A young girl came to the door after she noticed customers were upset and said she was the manager and that she can open and close whenever she feels. I will be contacting corporate tommorow for red mango. If you dont want to run a business maybe you shouldn’t be a part of it

STORECLOSESEARLY!!! They do not follow hours that are posted. I went there on a Monday night at 8:45pm and they were closing and locked the door. When I came to the door they started ducking behind the counter. Eventually a girl came to the door and said«Is there a problem?» And I replied yes why are you closing when the hours are posted till 10pm. She replied«I’m a store manager I can closes whenever I want» and closed the door. Very bad business and will not be supporting them anymore.

Red Mango has an incredible selection of frozen yogurt – it’s not too sweet but super creamy, never runny and wet. My personal favorite is the nutty potion and lucky taro swirl! Sweet, nutty, and subtle – it makes for a perfect summer snack. Also love that they have freshly cut fruits out as toppings. They’re never mushed or squishy, although some mango chunks were unripe. Red Mango is a favorite with my younger siblings and my mom, too! Absolutely perfect for families.

THEONLYREDMANGO I KNOWWHEREYOUHAVE A «DOITYOURSELF» OPTION!!! enough said… this is a fun awesome place to go with family or a date. They have a larger variety of toppings, they allow you to pick any yogurt yourself and add as much topping as you want. Here is the catch: this place is great but paying for it is by weight. Therefore, if you were to order something from a different red mango that is not self-serving, you may be paying a cheaper price. With this place, since you are doing it yourself, if you plan to add about 2 – 3 toppings expect to pay $ 0.75 extra compared to regular places. But this place is fun and just great place to go for experience and entertainment.

The staff here is very friendly and I’ve never had any issues with their yogurt or toppings. Since its a chain place I expect consistency from each location and this place keeps up the high standard. Nothing extraordinary about this particular location’s products but their staff is really nice, which is more than I can say for some of the other locations.

Not a lot of seats but decent. We got smoothies while we were there as opposed to frozen yogurt. They were really good. Although there was a size small cup on display the girl said«we don’t have small.» Maybe they were out of that size? Who knows. But she seemed kind of annoyed that she had to make 2 smoothies.

This is the best red mango I’ve been to and I am an avid Red Mango eater. Every time I’ve been here it has been good. The cashier lady is always very friendly and the topping are always fresh! Plus, they have a variety of flavors. I would honestly come to this place over any other Red Mango, even if it took me ten more minutes to drive. Other Red Mangos that I’ve been to are pretty bad. They stare at you while you self-serve your yogurt. They are not friendly at all. The toppings will not be fresh. This is the only Red Mango I’ve been to where the Mochi is perfectly fresh. It will be the softest mochi you will have ever tasted. Come here. Trust me, you won’t regret it. 10% off if you are a local college student and $ 5 off for making a Club Mango card. You can just try it for free. DOIT!

I am new to frozen yogurt, I’ve only been a fan for just about a year now, so I’m a newbie. In that year I have tried the following, pinkberry, berrylicious, twist it top it, and now REDMANGO!!! OMG…why didn’t I try this first? This stuff is to certainly die for. I love the self serve concept unlike pinkberry which forces a huge portion upon you. My friend and I had our fill of the stuff for just over $ 5 with some amazing toppings, the Boba fruit balls are melt in your mouth goodness. I thought pinkberry was top, but Red Mango is my new favorite, I don’t think that better exists, my friend is in love with Nutella and they have nutella frozen yogurt!!! Who would’ve guessed. The store itself is extremely clean and well maintained, the seating area is cute but small. The one girl at the counter is not chatty but still friendly and pleasant.

Hello love of my life… It’s been too long… Walking in I was enthusiastically greeted by the lone employee, I did not catch his name but he was very helpful to both myself and the other customers who came in during my visit. Kudos to you, sir. Froyo by the ounce and tons of toppings /additions; how can you go wrong? I made a monstrosity of a concoction which I thought would taste like something that could come alive at any moment and eat my face off but was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was! They had about 8 – 10 different flavors, and you can mix half-half on any /all of them if you like. My FAVORITE one EVER was the«nutrageous» froyo made with Nutella. I’m a secularist, so allow me to say O-M-G(ravy)!!! How possible is it to construct a nutrageous-froyo fountain? It even sounds awesome. After paying the 5.20 $ for the heaping pile of ecstasy and tipping the guy 1.50 $ since he was very kind — one of those that you can tell loves customer service — I sat down to finish some paperwork and eat my concoction before it ate me. After finishing my froyo-lunch break, I contemplated sticking my head under the spout and pulling the lever Barney-style(from The Simpsons) but decided it would be unwise; if not only for the reason that it would leave me with a massive brain freeze. I vowed to come back once there was a surefire cure for brain freezes so I could battle with the lowfat emperors of flavor again and emerge a conquistador. In short: Try the nutrageous Nutella flavor. It will make the world seem like a better place.

Finally a Red Mango in Hicksville! And I guess they’ve adjusted their strategy to go with the«self-serve trend» — great :) 16 Handles, 32 Degrees Froyo etc. were decent alternatives until Red Mango finally decided to join the band wagon… but they don’t come close to Red Mago’s «not too sweet», subtle flavor profile. For me, the tartier the better! I have yet to try a flavor at Red Mngo that I don’t like. But if had to pick something other than my favorite«Original», it would be pomegranate and white peach. They just added a new strawberry flavor last week, which is I surprsingly liked… most places make it too sweet for my taste. I wish they had more & cozier chairs though. That’s the one nice thing about 16 Handles: it’s more of a hang-out spot than Red Mango. And it’s waaaay too cold in there — not nice to eat frozen yogurt in freezing cold temperature.
