Ms. Hanrahan is responsible

for running the day to day operations of the Company. This includes, but is not limited to, financial, operational, scheduling, purchasing, quality of services, safety, ethical conduct, client satisfaction, initiation and maintenance of company policies and procedures, environmental and regulatory compliance, coordinates the proper preparation, risk evaluation and submittal of cost estimates, proposals and bids.

Ms. Hanrahan assists supervisors in the daily deployment and running of crews and equipment for all contracts, tracks the utilization of company equipment and vehicles for maintenance and billing requirements. Ms. Hanrahan administers the company’s drug and alcohol testing programs.
