Their prices are not the same as all the other McDonald’s I ordered a hot latte and paid almost $ 0.60 more then the McDonalds in Mineola charges very high priced

I am here about once a week. The service is slow in the drive through line. I wish someone would tell the staff on the drive through to be a little nicer. On a positive note, they have never messed my order up!

The employees seem to be on the verge of falling into a zombie-​like trance. Slow is not even the word to describe it. Lethargic, emotionless, and bordering on rude.
As my teenage daughter said…“this McDonalds seems sketchy”.

The staff here is great. They are very attentive to the customer and make your experience truly enjoyable.

There ok for a quickie just before you get on the LIE. That’s if you don’t go in. There service over the counter is not what I would say the fastest. If you go in bring a book you’ll get in a couple of chapters.

I don’t give this place one star, because I reserve that for places that are truly disgusting, bottom of the barrel places. That being said, I have been to this Mcdonalds multiple times, and have not been impressed with the quality of service (even as far as Mcdonalds go). On a couple of occasions I received the wrong order, and more often then not I had to wait an extremely long amount of time to get to the window (drive-​through) even when the line was short. As I said, this place isn’t total bottom of the barrel, and I had a couple of very quick/​good experiences with the person working the early-​early morning shift serving breakfast. All my experiences here were via the drive through window, so I cannot comment on the cleanliness of the establishment.

I still enjoy their coffee but I feel like I am spending much to much time on a take out line where the venue is prepared fast food.
