Grooming On The Go

This place is not worth the $ 75. The young man that comes — Matt has little experience grooming dogs it seems. My dog is 13. Been groomed for 13 years. Matt barely trimmed her. I had to send him back to the van with my dog to cut more. She didn’t even smell clean. I have no idea what goes on in that van. When I called and emailed Jane who I thought was the owner I got no response. Of all people Matt called. Told him I was unhappy. He offered to come back but I was so disappointed.

Very misleading. Yesterday I called looking for a new groomer. Spoke extensively with Matt who scheduled an appointment at the end of the month. Today I received a text from Matt telling me they are not taking on any new customers.

If i could give a negitive star rating I would. It seems Unilocal requires you give at least one star. The worst grooming my dogs ever received. They were told repeatedly to give my dogs a lion cut. Instead Matt shaved my dogs completley. He claims they were matted. NO THEY WERE NOT MATTED. He took it upon himself to shave them down. He basically butchered my dogs He knew nothing about breeds. Each breed has a specific grooming need, and needs to be groomed accordingly. I will never use this service again. If anyone reading this review decides to ignore what I’m writing, and what you are reading, then be forwarned. Use this grooming service at your own risk, or your dogs risk. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

I have been grooming my dogs with them for years now. My multipoos are my babies and Grooming on the go is the only grooming service I will use. You can see how much they love animals because my dogs get excited to see them every time and that to me says everything. If my animals are happy so am I. Thanks again! I highly recommend Nick or Matthew.

Nick Pepe has been regularly grooming my five Cavalier King Charles Spaniels for over six years now. He is, hands-​down, the best groomer I have ever used. He is warm, friendly, kind, reliable and always makes my fur-​kids look (and smell) fantastic. He absolutely loves animals and it shows. When one of my older dogs was very ill with heart disease, Nick asked to have a few minutes with him after the grooming session was over because he knew my sweet Moe might not make it to the next appointment. It was heartwarming. Nick wound up being right, by the way.
My little rescue Cavalier, Sunshine, who I adopted last year, has a lot of orthopedic issues and often Unilocal when being lifted. When Nick handles her, his touch is so gentle, she doesn’t complain at all.
I am very happy with the mobile grooming service that Nick provides and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great groomer who knows what he is doing.

Do not use this grooming service! They are the worst, inexperienced & will cut your pet. I’ve once used this grooming service & it was the worst experience in history! My dog was groomed by Nick Pepe. He returned my dog to me with bald spots, cuts, and some bleeding. My dog was cut all over his body, there was a small patch of hair gone, and some areas on his body were extremely red. The groomer used the wrong blades to groom my pup and shaved my dog down to the bare skin on certain areas. I contacted them regarding the issue, left numerous voicemail messages & they never returned my calls. Do not trust your pets with this company! Maybe if you want them to bathe your pet, but never trust them to use scissors, blades, clippers or any other sharp tool on your pet, because they will harm your pet! I had to leave a star in order to post this review, but they do not deserve any stars at all!
