Business Owner

Dr. David Gutman is the Director of Reflux New York. He is a leading authority in the fields of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disorder (GERD), Laryngopharyngeal Reflux (LPR), Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), and Non Cardiac Chest Pain. David Gutman, M.D., F.A.C.G. is on the faculty at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine and Winthrop University Hospital. He was trained at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and the Presbyterian-​University of Pennsylvania Medical Center in Philadelphia. He has practiced on Long Island since 1988. He has been teaching GI Fellows at Winthrop University hospital since 1995, and was former Co-​Chief of the Division of Gastroenterology at New Island Hospital.
