Inshore light tackle fishing on the Indian River Lagoon and St. Lucie River will be an adventure you will not soon forget. Experience the thrill of game fishing with Capt. George Gozdz, your United States Coast Guard Licensed Master Captain.

You will want to come back time after time… and Capt. George will be your favorite guide to your gamefishing adventure. The state-of-the-art 24′ Triton Bayboat will get you up close and personal with the game fish. You will be in the midst of some of the greatest inshore angling on earth.

The Indian River Lagoon (IRL), known locally as the Indian River, is actually not a river at all. The lagoon is a shallow body of water separated from the Atlantic Ocean by the longest barrier island complex in the United States. The IRL is a unique, biologically diverse ecosystem teeming with both aquatic. and terrestrial wildlife. The IRL spans 155 miles and is up to 6 miles in width and is home to some of the greatest inshore angling on the earth. Whether you seek king-sized tarpon, monster snook, gator trout, or delicious pompano, the IRL is sure to please. Visitors are always hesitant to leave, but will always depart with lifelong memories and tales of the tackle testing Indian River slam (snook, trout, redfish), or the coveted grand slam (snook, trout, redfish and tarpon). Your trip home will surely be filled with these tales, interrupted only by planning for your next visit back to the jewel of Florida, the Indian River lagoon.

A resident of Florida for all but five months of his life, Capt. George Gozdz is as native as native gets. This United States Coast Guard Licensed Master Captain has vast knowledge of the game fish of the Indian River Lagoon that comes literally from thousands of hours spent on the waterway he calls home.

Legendary in these parts for his ability to «find the fish», Capt. George Gozdz has caught some of the largest game fish ever fought in these waters. On a daily basis he puts visitors on the «fish of their lives», and his witty personality is sure to put both the beginning fisherman and the most seasoned angler at ease. His love of Indian River Lagoon and its gamefish is infectious and after your first day on the water with Capt. George you will call the lagoon your second home and Capt. George your favorite guide.
