My friend and I came to The Daily Grind Café for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. I ordered(and thoroughly enjoy) a three-cheese grilled cheese sandwich, and a cup of coffee. The sandwich was seriously toasted to perfection and every bite had a perfect crunch. I can’t recall which cheeses were used in the sandwich, but I do remember it being melty and delicious. My friend inter for the chicken Caesar wrap and was happy with her choice. The chicken was moist and the vegetables tasted fresh. The Daily Grind Café is a cool little coffee shop that’s pumping out some really tasty food; along with a quality cup of coffee. I’ll definitely be stopping by again!

After finding a one-hour wait at a local café, we headed over to the Daily Grind, where our group of 8 were accommodated immediately. The quiet and spacious seating area was perfect for us to catch up after 20 years. And the food was great(this is not just a coffee shop)! Most of us got sandwiches and one got a salad. My chicken provolone pesto sandwich was really fresh and delicious! The others in the group really enjoyed their egg salad, tuna melt, «Santa Monica», and pulled BBQ chicken sandwiches. I hope to be in the area again soon, as I’d love to return! Great and friendly service, great menu of lunch options, and plenty of seating space.

Everything about this place is right: — Parking is easy — Super clean — Everyone who works here is either nice or very nice — The customers are generally pretty quiet — Free wifi — They can make a mean drink

I have been here a couple of times for coffee, today was my first day eating here. I got a chicken sandwich in a wrap that was absolutely delicious. Reminds me of a Waldorf salad minus the grapes, not to much mayo and the perfect blend of various ingredients. I had half of the wrap packaged to go, the half was very filling. I also got 1 mini oatmeal raisin cookie, kinda of expensive for one cookie(.70) but it was very tasty. Really nice coffee shop with good sandwich and salad menu, plus free wifi!

Good ambiance, abundant and tasty food, and a fair price make this a winner. Iced tea was not great, so try the coffee instead. Good parking at the Pavilion is always a plus in Jenkintown.

Ambiance wise, this place is a great little café to come and study, catch up with friends, read or do work! They have plenty of seating available and free wifi so you could literally spend a whole day there doing work. I came in the morning and got some breakfast, which was a bit disappointing, but the atmosphere was a huge plus: –Turkey sausage, egg white, and cheese breakfast sandwich was just microwaved and tasted very very bland so I wouldn’t recommend getting it. –Chai latte was on the milkier side and a bit too sweet for my liking, but it had good chai flavor! Overall, I think the drink was best thing I ordered. I stayed until lunch and decided to give them another shot and ordered their turkey mango salad with homemade dressing(wasabi mayo) for $ 7.50(you can also request for their complimentary homemade croutons, but the ones I got weren’t that good). –The turkey mango salad was a decent size with fresh ingredients, but I wasn’t too fond of the dressing combination with the salad — next time I will probably request a different dressing. Also, the croutons were free, but the batch I got was a bit stale and soggy so I’m not sure if they’re all like that or if it was just this specific batch. Overall, a great ambiance to study, do work, and read, and a decent place to grab some reasonably-priced, average quality food.

Such a cute relaxing place to study with free wifi, but wish they had better quality food for my lengthy stay. I tried the mango salad and breakfast sandwich, both which were mediocre. Most disappointed that the homemade dressing, wasabi mayo, did not compliment well and the croutons on my salad were stale… However the chai latte was fairly good! I enjoy my chai a bit milkier, so I enjoyed at least that part of my meal. For the most part, would only come for studying or a drink!

Nice ambiance, good coffee, friendly staff, great prices, free wifi. Hard to ask for much more from a coffee shop. The breakfast sandwiches are the frozen Jimmy Dean ones but the other non-b’fast sandwiches look like they’re made with a lot of care. This place could become a regular. The parking situation at The Pavilion lot is a bummer(not Daily Grind’s fault) as it only allows 2 hour parking. I don’t know if that’s enforced but it still dampened the experience as I was hoping to get more work done while inside.

I was here back in May or June because I got my nails eyebrows done before I came to Hawaii and the food was delicious. The staff are very accommodating.

First time there today, and I live and work about 5 minutes away. I stopped for lunch, and the staff was friendly and patient(I never seem to be able to decide). I ordered a Mango Turkey sandwich to go. I was very pleased with the sandwich, and they add a sauce that gives it a little spice, which I like. They use high-quality, fresh meat, and their bread is pretty great too. The prices are even better. I got out with a chips and a sandwich for under $ 9. It only took them about 5 minutes to get my order together, and since I only have under an hour for lunch, and it was perfect.

A great place to relax or get some work done and have a coffee, I would not recommend this place if you want lunch items. Their sandwiches and soups are mediocre at best and overpriced.

After passing by many, many times — finally checked this place out since I live around the area. So I went with a friend for brunch and got a very yummy sandwich, but it was a little soggy and we did have to wait a bit. However, still a lovely experience and the place is very cozy and cute, plus the green tea smoothie wasn’t bad. Definitely will be back to try other things!

Nice friendly place, but the food is all wrapped in plastic wrap, so it’s soggy, the wifi has been out half the time I’ve been there, and there are too many TVs on. I wish it were better.

I came in about a half hour after opening on a Sunday, there was one group of two in front of me in line, and two people already sitting reading or surfing the web. It appeared to be only one person working, which was perfectly fine for the amount of current business, but if there were any type of rush, I’d hope the server would have some help. The service was timely and the server was very polite. I got a breakfast sandwich, and a barista coffee drink. Both were good. The sandwich was microwaved, but much tastier than an average pre-made sandwich. The White Mocha coffee was very tasty, albeit not especially hot. If I were to wait to get home to enjoy the drink, it may have already been cold. The prices were average and worth it. The menu looked to have lots of interesting things I would try. I would recommend the Daily Grind café, and I will likely return again.

So right off the bat I would like to make an admission. I considered leaving a three star review based solely on the wait times at this location. It routinely takes at least 10 – 15 minutes to order and receive a hot sandwich – but if you have the time the waiting area/dining area does have multiple comfortable chairs in which to relax.(I also realized that a restaurant should never have to apologize for being busy). That being said, the sandwiches are AMAZING. It just takes a little planning ahead if you have a short lunch break(if you call ahead your order this will alleviate this issue 99% of the time). I would particularly recommend this location’s namesake sandwich, the«Pavillion», as it is a delicious twist on a traditional reuben. The soups are also top notch. Butternut Squash, or Mushroom Bisque are two of my favorites at this location. Although I have not personally tried the coffee at this location, one of my co-workers routinely bypasses the Keurig at work to grab a cup of coffee(hot or iced) from the Daily Grind when we are headed there. The Ownership and staff at this location takes a lot of pride in the quality of food and service they provide. Both are always courteous and helpful. Based on all of the above, I definitely recommend giving the Daily Grind a try for lunch if you are in the area.

Excellent coffee and service. Relaxed atmosphere. The owner is very friendly and provides excellent customer service. The brewed coffee is strong– just how I like it. The espresso drinks are made with Fair trade beans — top notch! The café is clean and spacious and you can have a quiet conversation or study without being disturbed, distracted or feeling cramped like at starbucks. This place is how a coffee shop should be!!! I wish I would have known about this place before! I LOVETHESWISSCHOCOLATEALMONDFLAVOREDCOFFEE! YUUUUM!

Went here to get a bite to eat and the cashier handling the money was also handling the food with bare hands. I told him that was unacceptable and walked out.
