I was a vendor who suppled beautiful acrylic merchandise to Elite Concepts & Design for many years and then they stopped paying their bill. They keep making promises to pay but I’m still out $ 1480.25. Please think twice about hiring a party planner who doesn’t pay their vendors. Thank you
