History

Established in 1992.

The Communication Solutions Group, Inc. was established in 1991 by Leza Raffel in Jenkintown, PA, a suburb of Philadelphia. A full-​service marketing and public relations firm, Communication Solutions offers exceptional internal and external communications strategies for businesses, nonprofits and governmental organizations. Key services include marketing plan development and implementation; press releases and media relations; designing and writing brochures, newsletters and annual reports; advertising planning and creation; marketing research surveys and focus groups; logo, letterhead and trade show booth design; and special event planning and promotion.

Business Owner

Leza Raffel, founder and president, is the driving force behind CSG. A graduate of Ithaca College with a BS from the School of Communications, Leza worked as a public relations specialist and director of public relations with other companies before starting her own firm. Leza specializes in overseeing the development and implementation of complete marketing plans. She also excels at media relations, with myriad contacts and connections. In addition, Leza has extensive experience in the area of marketing research.
