Established in 2005.

Adler Imaging’s advanced technology combines positron emission tomography (PET) with computed tomography (CT), commonly known as PET/​CT. This technology has the ability to detect the smallest change in a cell’s function earlier, and with more accuracy, than ever before. This is especially helpful for oncology specialists in determining the best treatment plan for cancer patients and monitoring their progress.

Adler Imaging was founded in 2005 by Dr. Lee P. Adler, M.D., a pioneer in PET, PET/​CT and 3-​D Coronary Artery Imaging research and clinical innovations. He has held leadership positions in world-​renowned institutions including Case Western Reserve University, Wake Forest Baptist University Medical Center and Fox Chase Cancer Center. Dr. Adler has published over 155 articles and abstracts in major scientific journals relating to PET and PET/​CT. The co-​founder of Adler Imaging is Dr. Karel Kovnat, Ph.D.
