We have 50+ years of experience handling cases involving Social Security Disability Insurance benefits and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) disability benefits.

History

Established in 1998.

Ted Walkenhorst, Esq. has practiced law since 1973 and David Machek, Esq. since 1995. We have over 50 years of combined legal experience. Ted and Dave have won disability benefits for more than 90% of the clients we have represented. We take tough cases because we believe in our clients. We’ll be with you until your benefits are awarded or all appeals are exhausted. Our lawyers give every case personal attention. No «associate» will represent you. You’ll have one of the two partners in the law firm as your attorney advocate. Our goal is excellence and quality for every client. We keep up-​to-​date with the latest changes in Social Security law through our membership in the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR) and our membership in the Social Security Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
