Would a Ross Bro help a fellow man out? Nope.
There I was at the Thornton’s across the street with my wife’s broken gas gauge and I found out I didn’t have my wallet. I decided I would press on to work and hopefully somebody there would let me beg a few gallons of gas to assure that I would get me back home. Long story short, the car only made it across the street to a safe parking spot in the middle of the street Ross Bros is on and I was stranded without money to buy gas, let alone a gas can to port the gas just across the street.
But then a bright idea came to me! An auto shop probably has a gas can and maybe a mechanic of all people could sympathize with a guy who just has a small and very solvable auto problem. Well don’t go to Ross Bros. He could see my car. I did not ask for much, and I did not get anything at all.
I owe a friend in a big way and I only owe Ross Bros this sad review. I will never let them see my car.

I guess the first clue should have been the number of cars parked in their lot, but you think a small business that has been around for a long time would be a good place to take your car for a transmission repair. Sadly not the case here! Car has been in their shop more then I have had it! My mom used to have a saying, «that’s about as useless as teats on a bull,» well that describes the front office folks-​they can’t ever tell you anything and the individuals who can are always «at lunch» or «on a test drive» or «indisposed!» Granted they do offer a «warranty» on their work, but there needs to be some responsibility on their part to provide a quality service to begin with so customers don’t have to keep bringing their cars back and relying on others to drive them around until their car is fixed-​correctly!
