Best massage every. Valerie is the owner and she does a great deep tissue massage. Took me a long time to find someone to get it right and now I’m a regular and have been for awhile.

One of the best massages I have ever had. hands down! After doing my pilates class and running Saturday, my body was in need of a good massage and I hadn’t had one in more than 2 years.
I bought a Groupon to C.C. Medispa and to my delight, I didn’t have to wait very long to get my massage scheduled. Located just across the river in Jeffersonville, IN, this spa is right in the center of local shops on Spring Street. The entrance is a little strange as it is connceted to another salon called the Grapevine. There are a set of curtains that lead upstairs, down a hall and into C.C.Medispa. Once inside though– it was a lovely atmosphere.
My massage therapist was Brandi– a petite, young lady with a warm smile. She took me back to a very pretty room filled with scents of lavendar and mint. She inquired about any trouble areas I have and prepared me for the massage. Brandi may be small– but she gave a big massage! I am very small myself– so often times the correct amount of pressure is not used on me to really get those knots out of my sore muscles. Brandi used elbows and knuckles and worked the knots out– and I was in heaven! She was awesome.
This Spa offers a variety of services like eyebrow threading, facials and reflexology. I would love to come back for a full spa day experience.

This is my second review for cc medi spa. The first experience was not great but the owner called and offered me a second chance to try their services. I knew what to expect this time in terms of the entrance, location etc. the staff was friendly and service was prompt. I received a facial and it was very relaxing. I actually probably snored on the table. I left feeling relaxed and my skin glowing.

This year I decided that I was going to spend my birthday at the spa. I had been to CC Medispa’s New Albany location about a year ago but hadn’t yet visited them in Jeffersonville. I purchased a Groupon for a massage, facial, and reflexology and called a couple of weeks ahead of time to schedule my appointment. They were great about giving me the exact date that I asked for. They even called the day before to remind me of my appointment. I’ve since been back for a second set of services and the experience has been very similar, easy scheduling and a reminder call the day before.
The actual spa is located on the second floor of one of the historic buildings in downtown Jeffersonville. The stairs to the second floor are fairly steep and narrow because of the age of the building. If you glance up into the stairwell it looks dark, but the lights are apparently motion activated and automatically turn on when you enter the stairs. I largely forget about the entryway once I reach the second floor because the actual spa is very tranquil and relaxing. They have a large lobby with couches and complimentary tea and coffee and their reception staff have greeted me warmly both times I have visited.
The actual treatment rooms are very private. I’m personally kind of sensitive to sound and I appreciate that I can’t hear hallway sounds or people talking in other treatment rooms during my services. During both of my appointments Valerie has performed all of my services and she has been knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to customize my services. During my first visit, even though I had a Groupon, she offered to change the package around to fit my needs that day. She also printed out some extra information for me on skin care to take home. At my second visit Valerie was really accommodating when I wanted to tack a second service onto my appointment at the last minute.
Overall I’m really pleased with CC Medispa. I’ve already scheduled another service next month.

I am really impressed with this spa. Yes, it has a strange entranceway due to the shared space but, once you find the stairs, the place has a nice atmosphere.
I had a lovely couples massage (way to go, boyfriend!). My masseuse was Jessica, and she rocked my world.
I have a small frame which usually intimidates massage therapists, because they worry they will break me. False! Deep tissue and give it all you’ve got!
She nailed it. If you like deep tissue, she’s your girl.
Another plus: some spas only allow you to put tips on cards if you purchase something in the same transaction (not great for groupon holders). Not this spa! Go ahead and tip on your card.

I’m new to town and in nursing school at Bellarmine and was treating myself to a reward. I found this spa through Groupon with which I purchased a package including a mini-​facial, body scrub, reflexology, and hot towel 30 min massage. Needless to say, I was excited. Unfortunately, it was not the great, relaxing experience I had hoped for. The scrub that was used was a dry salt which was all over everything when I finished, the «reflexology» was not reflexology (a long rub at best), and the massage was nothing more than a rub down with too much lotion. The mini-​facial was the best part, which felt more like a cleansing face wash. Sorry to say, I’ll be looking for another place to relax after my next set of classes finish up.

This is my 2^nd Unilocal for this spa. The 1^st was pretty bad which garnered me a phone call from the owner, Valerie offering me another massage (complimentary) to show me how wonderful a massage could really be. First off, I have to say she earns big points for following up on a bad review and wanting to make it right. Secondly, this trip was leaps and bounds better than my first. Check in was much friendlier, and the massage was up there with one of the best I have received. Valerie is an experienced massage therapist and it shows! She targeted the right areas with the right pressure and sold me! Check out was great as well and I was so impressed with how this woman handled her business I bought a membership. Obviously, I cannot speak to the rest of her staff (other than her husband Jason who was quite nice), but I can attest to the professional nature of Valerie. Thumbs up on turning a customer who would not return to one who intends on frequenting her establishment!!!

Check this spa out! I had an amazing experience today. The owner, Valerie, gave me the best massage! I tore my ACL last fall & have had problems with muscle spasms in my legs & feet, not to mention walking crooked She stretched out my muscles, really listened & targeted those areas. 5 Star Spa!

Professional staff. Tons of services to choose from. Facility was under minor construction and very tight quarters. Not the best massage that I’ve ever gotten but it was relaxing. I’d go back if they were running specials on their services.
