I want to thank you, Brad, Caleb and the B J Heating family for their support and diligence in getting my system up and running the way it should have worked since install.
This says a lot about the integrity of your company and the customer comes first.
I wished I had known about B J Heating before; I would have been a satisfified customer long ago.
Your approach to serving the customers and for Caleb working on a competitors system was truly sending a message on what your company philosophy is about and has not gone by the wayside as the way technology and company cutbacks.
Typically horror stories are the ones repeated over and over, however this has been a success story so far. One that deserves repeating and your company’s recognition toward customer service is repeated again and again along with Byrant’s support of your company.
