We are a family friendly martial arts academy. Families not only become black belt leaders in the academy but learn and use skill from inside the classroom out in thier everyday lives. Both kids and adults improve in thier level of self discipline, confidence, fitness, and focus for home, academics, careers, and everywhere else.
History
Established in 2006.
This academy is the second location of Jhoon Rhee schools serving Frederick County, MD. Although we are a relatively new martial arts school, the philosophy and curriculum has taught countless students in Maryland, DC, Virginia, and all over the world for the past 40 years. Our unique style of teaching is time tested and proven to help children, adults, and families become leaders in both martial arts and in life.
