While I’m sure this location offers great tax prep, I wouldn’t know because the front receptionist’s attitude was so poor that I had no interest in bothering and instead went to a competitor. She was both a grouch over the phone and in person, seemingly put off by the simple request of a basic tax prep quote. With so many other tax prep services nearby, why risk the chance that all the other staff are the same?
