The hardest thing I’ve ever done in my 36 years of living but I lost 35 lbs in about 2 ½ months. I didn’t even gain it back right away. 4 years later Yes but I was good for about 2 years. It’s hard but great to do lbs quickly and feel beget about yourself.

Pretty much useless. I did the bead thing behind the ears, did the diet, did everything and all I got was nausea. The person who recommended it did lose twenty pounds, but put them on pretty fast. She also tries to sell stuff that tastes like crap, and talks a lot about herself. To me it was a total waste of money and time. The nutrition is also pretty crappy, she is focused on weight loss, not changing habits or eating better.
