Sam’s Club

Oh. My. God. It’s the night before the grand opening, everyone here is by invitation only and this place is CRAZY!!! A DJ is blasting, free samples are flowing, every register is open, a million staff members to help you… it’s AWESOME!!! The best thing you will ever do is buy a membership and to take advantage of the amazing prices.
We were regular shoppers at our Sam’s Club in Lemon Grove, CA but I always thought that the club was just a step down from Costco… they both had many of the same things, tires, furnishings, books, produce, baked goods, alcohol and more.
However, Sam’s never had the same upscale deli items, cheese, meats or organic products that Costco has.
Surprise, surprise, this Sam’s has stepped up their game and I would say that they are on par or even better than Costco. Excellent selection of high-​end meats, cheeses, breads, and a vast array of organic items; from milk to veggies, to everything in between.
Kudos to the Sam’s employees who worked tonight, they were energetic, friendly, über helpful and very happy. I hope it stays this way… what a blessing for Jeff City.
We didn’t a chance to peruse the electronics (too crowded) or the non-​food aisles, but we will be back!!!
