On one of the busiest travel days of the year, this place was packed. We typically have good food and service at Wendy’s, so we pulled off the interstate for lunch. This is where we made a mistake.
We ordered three combos. They were all delivered wrong. Ordered a double burger, got a single. Ordered a kids grilled chicken wrap, got a spicy home style wrap dripping with hot sauce. Ordered the monthly Gouda burger sans lettuce and tomato, got lettuce and tomato.
They were prompt in resolving all the issues, but waiting to get an employees attention in the sea of patrons was tough.
Based on this experience, I doubt we will stop here in the future.
