The food is reasonably priced, but 5-star quality. The expanded gift shop and bakery rival most big city options. Now serving dinner in Wednesdays and Fridays. Amazing!

Originating in Southern California, this chef and proprietor has established himself in the North Georgia community by providing excellent, 5-star cuisine at both his restaurant and catered events. It is this level of service and attention to detail that keeps his restaurant, Madeline’s and his Catering company, Coast 2 Coast at the forefront of his field.
Famous for his dishes named after women who have inspired him, Gerard fashioned his cooking style after his mother, Madeline and her three sisters. He believes his self-taught talent is what keeps his approach fresh and modern with truly original recipes.
With an extensive retail and marketing background he has also excelled with is gift shop, French inspired bakery and deli as part of his restaurant experience. «Guests not only come for the food, but also for the friendship and welcoming atmosphere.
