Established in 1976.

Kevin Carter and his team of 42 employees enjoy making our corner of the world a cleaner place. Cleaning Consultants is not all things to everyone. We do clean offices and commercial facilities such as factories, medical offices, financial institutions and telecom central offices and head ends. But we do not clean retail or residential.

We strive to match the right employee to the right job with the right schedule. The result is that our employees often stay for years. The benefit to you is a happy, highly skilled and trained staff performing your cleaning… and NOT a parade of different cleaning personnel, changing all the time.

Business Owner

Kevin Carter learned to clean professionally after graduating High School. After managing cleaning businesses for 3 different people, Kevin ventured out on his own. And the rest, as they say, is history.

He attended Indiana University for a very short time, and quit after learning that his psych professor incorrectly taught the origin of the word, psychology. Kevin thought, «Why pay big bucks to learn wrong stuff?» Kevin DOES enjoy learning and has continued his education (paying more than what college cost) throughout the years.

Besides making people feel good and be healthier through commercial cleaning, Kevin enjoys photography, baseball, volunteering and public speaking. He’s been married (to the same patient woman) since 1985.
