Circle Yoga Shala is a Center for Yoga Advancement, Creative Emergence and a Transformative Life located on 25 acres in the foothills of the Ozarks of Arkansas.

Our Yoga Studies programs at the 200 and 500 hour levels include learning of the five techniques of Hatha Yoga as an expression of the five elements and five senses, Vinyasa Krama, Yoga as a Therapeutic Practice, Corrective Strategies, Yoga as Inquiry, Ayurveda, Rasa: the Yoga of Emotion, Enneagram and contemplative and non-​dual wisdom studies, and more. Circle Yoga Shala is a recognized school at the 200 and 500-​hour levels by the National Yoga Alliance.

Experts in the subtle mechanics of movement, breath and the science of adaptation to individual uniqueness, we employ the great triad of approaches to yoga: that of service (Karma/​Seva), of discernment and clear seeing (Jnana), and of devotion (Bhakti). The Shala is one of the few places to have held on to the breadth and depth of this traditional triune perspective.

We have also developed a movement culture free from dogma for the sheer joy and presence of movement.

In addition, we provide immersion opportunities at nominal fees by incorporating the principles of Seva, conscious labor, to offset teaching costs and accommodations.
