History

Established in 1986.

I transitioned from being a computer programmer and analyst to a full time real estate appraiser, and then since 1990, I have embraced real estate sales as my full-​time avocation, focusing on acting as a consultant and not a typical salesperson, and giving buyers and sellers independent representation. Along the way, I’ve earned many designations, received many awards, have continuously pursued educational opportunities, built a network of top real estate agents and professionals, but most importantly, I’ve been blessed with great clients, many of whom have become valued friends. Their thanks and appreciation are the driving force behind my commitment to be the best I can.

Scott D. Geller is a pioneer in Buyer Agency, and was the 2^nd Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designated in Pennsylvania. In addition to being one of the most experienced and top Buyer Agents in the area, Scott is also a Certified Residential Appraiser. This, coupled with his expert negotiating skills, makes Scott one of the area’s top Seller Representatives, too. He has served on the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS’ Board of Directors and many committees, including Standard Forms Committee (since 1990), Bucks County Association of REALTORS’ Info & Education Committee, and on Professional Standards and Grievance, Realtor-​Bar, and Technology committees. Scott is also (one of only 4% of all REALTORS) a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a Graduate of the Realtor’s Institute (GRI), and has been retained as an expert witness by attorneys in numerous real estate cases.
