At Go Fetch! Pet Care one size does not fit all! I work with my clients to customize any service to their pet’s particular needs.

GF!PC provides pet sitting services dedicated to the comfort & care of your pets when you can’t be there! We make sure your pet is not only fed, watered, and taken out to potty, but also given special attention to make his/​her time away from you a little less lonely and a lot more fun.

GF!PC also provides private in-​home dog training services for puppies & adult dogs. Recognizing that all dogs do not train at the same rates with the same techniques & using only positive, reward-​based methods, I work with you & your family to build a stronger bond with your dog.

History

Established in 2013.

Go Fetch! Pet Care LLC developed from the needs I had with my own pet when I was working as a verbatim court reporter. I was often booked for depositions & hearings that could last all day or take me out of town. I would end up dropping Petey off early in the morning & picking him up either late in the afternoon or the next day.

When I left the court reporting field after 14 years, I knew I wanted to do something in the pet care industry. While I was considering my options, Petey had two major health crises that required round-​the-​clock care once he was released from the hospital. I began wondering what I would have done if I had still been working. Who would have looked after my baby boy during his recovery? That is when I started brainstorming about all the possible services Go Fetch! Pet Care could offer to working pet parents. So I began offering my services in July on 2013 and am now incorporated, insured and bonded.

Professionally, I have had the pleasure of working in several diverse industries. Before leaving the field in 2011 I was a Verbatim Court Reporter for 2 triad-​area firms for 14 years, and retain my commission as a Notary Public today. I took depositions for triad-​area attorneys, as well as recorded Worker’s Compensation & Tort Claims hearings for the NC Industrial Commission. Prior to becoming a court reporter I worked for 3 years at a GSO veterinary practice & spent 2 of years in Chicago working in the theatre industry.

In 2005 I discovered the Carolina Dog Training Club in Greensboro. They not only helped me train my dog, but welcomed me as a member. With their help & guidance I have trained & competed in AKC obedience & Rally Trials with my dog, Petey, & have earned Canine Good Citizen, Companion Dog & Rally Excellent titles on him.

I began GF! PC in 2013 with the goal of providing the the highest level of professionalism, care & compassion for my clients & their pets.
