*First of a two part review* We have been working with Beth to put together our honeymoon and she has been a pleasure to work with! She has been incredibly respectful of the budget and has definitely maximized every dollar we’re putting towards the trip. The communication wasn’t perfect in the very beginning but after we confirmed the trip we wanted to book she has been incredibly prompt in returning emails. At this point, we would definitely use Four Moons again. I really appreciate all the time Beth put in to planning our trip. I will write a second review once we get back from the honeymoon in August.

My wife and I booked a trip to Italy with Dawn of 4 Moons. During the process travel insurance was discussed. Based on Dawn informing me that I could cancel for any reason and get me deposit back, less penalties based on when I canceled relative to departure date, I purchased travel insurance. To make a long story short, I needed to cancel. I filed for my refund and was informed I would get a voucher for future travel. I was not happy and walked Dawn to pay me at least the cost of the policy. As you can guess that did not happen. I like Dawn but feel I was deceived or at the very least misled by her. I accept my share of the blame for not reading through the lengthy policy document but she convinced me there would be no issues if a refund was required. I will not go back to 4 Moons. Bottom line is I feel misled and cannot recommend this agency.
