Grana specializes in neopolitan style pizza. We use only the best ingredients available. The highest quality organic un bleached and non bromated flour. Our Own Hand made mozzarella, and the finest plum tomatoes. Some of our other ingredients include; Duroc pork sausage, Fra Mani Salame, 24 month aged imported proscuitto, and imported Parmagiano Reggiano.
We also now Produce our own organic pastas, made fresh every day.
History
Established in 2010.
After 10 years of researching pizza and bread we decided to open our own Neopolitan pizzeria. Some of our research took us to italy. In Naples we sampled Da Michelle and Trionon. In Rome we sampled roman style pizza at Forno campo di Fiori. In the states we traveled to Arizona to sample Chris Bianco’s Pizza. In New York we sampled dozens of places Including Johns, Patsys, and Keste, to name a few.
