Romeo’s Pizza has been serving Jamesburg since 2011. Our mission has always been to provide delicious, high-​quality Italian food that is made to order. We are proud of the great reputation we have earned over the past 3 years, and look forward to serving the area well into the future.

Lino is the original owner of Romeo’s Pizza in Jamesburg. He grew up in the business, and decided to use his passion and knowledge of Italian food to open his own restaurant. Lino’s commitment to quality is the driving force behind the business, and he hopes that you are so pleased with your experience at Romeo’s that you keep coming back for more!

Tried Romeos for the first time the other night. The food was amazing! The staff was very attentive and polite. The entire establishment was very clean. I found my new restaurant!

A couple of weeks ago my wife and I decided to go to Fiddleheads in Jamesburg. We didn’t have a reservation and there were no open tables. Right next door is Romeo’s so we figured we’d try them. You enter into the pizzeria and we had to wait at least five minutes to be seated. Now that’s not an outrageous amount a time but once we entered the dining room the wait was puzzling, there were more empty tables than full ones.
We each ordered a dinner. Mine was chicken parmigiana. The sauce tasted like something I haven’t had in years, sauce from a jar. I’m not saying it was from a jar but it sure tasted like something that came off of a shelf at the supermarket. My wife had Salmon Oreganato over spinach. She’s had a salmon dish from two other similar, local restaurants, Antonio’s and La Villa. She raves over Antonio’s and didn’t like Romeo’s.
We learned two things this night, one is that always think ahead and call Fiddleheads for a reservation and the second is that Romeo’s isn’t for us.

Romeo’s truly stands out from all the other Italian/​pizza places in the area. Amazing Italian food and pizza. Their family pasta platters are great for a family dinner and can serve about 6 people. Their pizza is very good and they have many different options. The restaurant it self is pretty good too. I highly recommend going here or ordering from here if you want good food.

It’s hard to stand out from the dozens of pizzerias in town but Romeo’s is my new favorite spot!
Their pizza is made well with a crisp, not too thin and chewy crust. They are also very generous with the cheese and toppings. My brother’s buffalo chicken had a thick layer of mozzarella and a lot of breaded chicken.
There are a few small tables in front of the counter for those who want a quick bite to eat but they also have a separate dining room.
I can’t wait to go back a try more of their pizzas!

I’ve given this place plenty of opportunity to like it. Run of the mill Italian and pizza; nothing makes it stand out from the thirty other restaurants surrounding it that are the same. I order the same salad and they have YET to get it right. Grilled shrimp on greens– greens not iceberg (that’s exactly what the menu reads). The shrimp tasted dry and frankly days old. No mention of roasted (jarred) red peppers that were on it-​not what I wanted or ordered. When asked if we wanted house balsamic vinegrette or just balsamic vinegar. We were given oil and vinegar, glad we didn’t say balsamic vinegar– think we would have ended up with straight vinegar… Three slices of cucumber and two cherry tomatoes. The pizza for slices looks extremely dry and from experience lives up to the looks. I would never return anything to the kitchen; in the nicest of places in fear of it getting spit in. This does not constitute as the nicest of places, but not the worst. Still wouldn’t chance returning something to be fixed. Lesson learned, not returning and not recommending to a friend.

Servers and waitresses were teenagers: very friendly and accommodating. My son dropped his fork 5 times and the bus boy replaced it each time within seconds. The portions are big. Owner was instructing the driver over the phone to circle back to drop off paper plates to a customer who had called to complain that they did not get plates… that’s how to keep the customers happy. The place is customer oriented and they seem to have a following. I’ve lived in Monroe my whole life must have driven past this place a thousand times and didn’t even know it was here. I’d come again.

My fiancé had come here with one of his cousins once and really enjoyed the pizza so we tried it when we were around the area.
They have a few tables outside and a few inside as well for the casual to-​go slices, but they did also have a much larger dining room. I’m not sure if that dining room had a separate menu.
As for the pizza, I liked it! There was a deal — 2 Gourmet slices and a soda for 6.99 so my fiancé had 2 slices of the BBQ Chicken Pizza and I had a slice of the Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza. With my additional gourmet slice, our total came out to $ 10. Both slides were delicious and I loved how they were crispy!
I’d definitely return when I’m around the area!

Went to this place for the first time on Saturday evening. It was crowded, but we had a reservation, and we were seated promptly. The food was delicious, and we especially loved the bread. Our server, Michelle was very pleasant. I can’t wait to come back and try the pizza. From what I saw, it looks amazing.

At a conference, a group of us ordered delivery. It arrived on time and piping hot, but this is delicious pizza. It was a perfect savory sauce and had a crispy and chewy crust. I live 30 minutes away, but I like this so much I might bring the family one day.

Just had our Christmas Dinner for our Church Ministry at Romeos and I can’t say enough about the food, the staff and the owner, Lino. It was my first time visiting as it was for a few of us. We all said we’d all be back to visit with our families. We had a wonderful time and aside from the the group that was made possible by the attention and kindness of the staff. It was a great experience and I recommend this Restaurant highly. Thank you Romeos for treating us like Family!

Hands down best slice of Sicilian, I always get a side of sauce to dip and they give you real sauce not pizza sauce, the house salad with house balsamic dressing, the salad was all so fresh and crisp. You have got to try the pinwheels yum! my new must have once a week. Counter staff very cheerful and welcoming:)

We were supposed to go to a nearby Italian restaurant but the wait was too long so we tried this place and were pleasantly surprised. The bread and slices of tomato pie in the bread basket were scrumptious as was the rest of the meal.
Parking is on the street but it wasn’t hard to find a spot. We had an array of dishes like spaghetti and meatballs, eggplant parmigiana, seafood chicken eye. All was good and will go back.

The pizza is great, haven’t had many other things here. The service is great. When you are here they are professional and appreciate your business.
We were here last night with a group of 17, they took care of us and couldn’t do more for us to make us happy. We had a great time and enjoyed the food too! Thanks!

For pizza in Jamesburg this is the place to get it. I have had pizza throughout New Jersey and I have to say it is 8 out of 10 on the pizza scale. Don’t try engineered pizza from one of those pizza factories when you can get a fresh made hand tossed pie with fresh ingredients and toppings. Also the people behind the counter are friendly.

My parents were recommended to this local pizza parlor restuarnat very recently. Rolls were delicious and hot so we knew the food would be excellent as well. And we were not disappointed. Very large portions with side salad and pasta. All was delish and quite reasonable. Even had leftovers for the next night. Owner Lino was very personable and even gave my mother rolls to take home at no charge. Will try the pizza next which also looks yummy. Too bad we didn’t know about this sooner since the other Italian restaurant closest to their home is pretty poor and I recently gave it one star.
