Dirty. My pedicure was fine, but for the price I paid with all the extras, it just wasn’t worth it. I know the hood nail salons aren’t the best, but cleanliness knows no cost. My pedicure station was clean, and I was hawkeye watching it because of another Unilocaler’s review, but the rest of the place wasn’t as much. There is a big empty space where the drying stations used to be. It feels awkward and since it’s gone I can see the semi dirty floors and walls. The signs advertising the pedicure add ons are written by hand on poster board. Really? Vistaprint is calling. The drying stations are now in the back with the washing machine which(hopefully) washes the towels they use for manis and pedis. I felt like I was sent to the back to be picked up for sex trafficking. At the very least I was disappointed in the whole experience. I’m sure there are better places on Liberty Ave so I’ll keep looking.

Let me start off by saying this review makes me very sad. I was super excited when this place first opened. It was very close to my house and it was clean. I have always had good customer service here and was always pleased with the work they did. I was excited to go with my friend to get our mani /pedi together. She also wanted to get some waxing done. When we got there it seemed busy, but it was a friday night so that can be expected. When we walked in nobody said anything to us and we were awkwardly standing there. I commented to my friend how nobody even noticed us and how that was weird seems how they are usually so good at customer service. I think the guy heard me cause then he asked what we wanted. He told us to sit and that it would be a few minutes. after waiting about 30 minutes I finally got called to do my pedicure. The woman didn’t clean the bath too well and she seemed like she was in a rush. She told my friend to sit in the other pedicure chair and wait to start her pedicure. Well, needless to say she sat there the whole time and no one came over until I was done with mine. My friend decided to nix the mani /pedi seems how we were running out of time. She did decide however to go ahead with her waxing while I was getting my manicure. she came out of the room and sat next to me 3 minutes later and told me she couldn’t go threw with the waxing seems how it was filthy back there. She said there was no measures to keep the wax or the customer clean. I really hate to have to write this review because like I said earlier I used to love this place. I don’t know if its because now they are too busy or they just don’t care seems how now they have more clients. My manicure and pedicure were’t that great and the customer service went way down. The place wasn’t clean, actually it was disgusting. Looks like I will have to take myself to another nail salon in the future. :(

I need to remember not to ever come here again. I came in for a pedicure. They had me sit down at a pedicure seat that someone had just gotten out of. I had to tell them to clean it. I refused to put my feet in t unless they did. Then, the woman was almost mocking me sterilizing every single instrument individually and then showing me for approval. Then, she asked me if I wanted the spa pedicure and I figured since I had time to kill, might as well enjoy myself. She put this balm on my legs that literally felt like fire about 2 minutes afterwards. Had to ask her to take it off. Then, she was SO rough using the nail file on nails that were already short. Hurt! She rushed through the rest and when she massaged, she used the salt scrub that was on my legs to massage me which hurt like hell scraping across me back and forth instead of doing it with lotion. Terrible. Never again. At least not for a pedicure. I have had a couple of decent 20 back massages.

I went in today for a Mani and pedi. When I walked in it wasn’t busy at all which I liked because I hate waiting. The lady at the front was on the phone and no one else acknowledged me. After a few minutes she finally got off they phone and she’d what I needed. I picked a color and my nail technician began. They have massage chairs which I simply loved. They also offer a range of other types of pedicures, I just got the basic. My only complaint is she didn’t scrub my foot long enough and she cut me but other than that it was a decent experience. Emmie is who helped me I’ll be back to see her hopefully she won’t cut me next time.

I walked in they took care of me right away but he didn’t take his time and my nails did not come out good. I didn’t not walk out satisfied.
