Always friendly staff. I’m there at least once a day while at work. If they see me on line they will get my drink ready because they know what I want Been visiting this Starbucks for almost 2 years and never a bad barista

Great team behind the counter. Pricing not bad at all. Products are fantastic as expected. Cleanliness behind the counter outstanding. The preparation counter for customers was where I began to deflate. Seeing how messy customers can be I was waiting to see if any of the 4 team members would check on the outer area but they did not. Since our flight was delayed we hung out in front for 20 minutes and no one took care of the mess.

Times when you need zero stars!!! Waited 25 minutes on line I used to work for the company and my store would never have that. The employees joked and talked instead of working on drinks people are trying to catch flights and they have no care or thought of it at all disgusting how this Starbucks runs.

Gate 22 Starbucks had the rudest barista and didn’t accept Starbucks cards or app. I would not recommend going there. Both the manager and the cashier were yelling at the other workers and clearly had poor management.

Evaluating a regular house ice coffee alone, I would not even give a star, the coffee color is light and transparent with the ice cube, the ratio of coffee bean to water is about 1:8 from the observation. Never find such drink in the city, so bad

Horrible service. The cashier was busy flirting with an airport worker that she did not acknowledge customers so I walked away. You can clearly see that they were flirting and that there were two customers prepared to make an order. The customer service is horrible

Worst customer service ever. My cashier name is Diamond, who was texting under the counter. I stood by the cashier for awhile. she rolled her eyes at me when I asked if I can scan my Starbucks giftcard from my phone.

It’s probably one of the most decent places at JFK. Coffee is fresh and great customer service. I had chocolate. No worries; you won’t have to deal with some cranky people here.

I’ve traveled far and wide for good customer service of Starbucks, which can only seemly be honed at Terminal One at John F. Kennedy International Airport(JFK). Long lines at peak travel time is unavoidable but bad attitude and bad customer service is surely 110% avoidable with sincerity, respect and a genuine smile. Another Starbucks yes, but at the notorious and worldwide known 19% markup price, but it does not halt travelers and airport employees to obtain their daily coffee fix. The view is visibly nice on a clear day of the runway and Jamaica Bay. This Starbucks sits on the second floor directly above Departure Gates and have their own seating area gated segregated from the food court.

The best Starbucks in the Airport. Well maintained. Good view of the runway and bay. And the staff is always super nice. Hidden up on the 3rd floor, above the International Departures counters.
