They helped my mom clean out someone’s apartment who no longer lived there. All four men that helped where so kind, polite and incredibly nice. One guy in particular that stood out (I do not remember his name) had blue eyes, he was very friendly joking full and helpful. While my friend and I where waiting for them to finish outside the older gentleman gave us a sit to sit on and wait. If I ever need help moving for myself or anyone else I would highly recommend them.

These guys were INCREDIBLE! I would recommend them to anyone who ever wants to move in the Queens/​Brooklyn area. It was down pouring on our move date of course. We scheduled a 9:00 AM appointment with them and they were there at 8:15 AM, ready to go. We at the last minute had thrown a lot more stuff at them that needed to be moved (we were originally going to get a UHaul for most of our stuff, but decided to forego it) and they had no troubles. They moved everything out of our very packed 1 bedroom apartment in Forest Hills to our new 2 bedroom apartment in Bushwick in the constant pouring rain. They took great care of all of our items. Everything ended up at our apartment in mint condition. They even took apart our furniture that wouldn’t fit and put it back together when it arrived at the new apartment. They were super friendly the entire time, despite the horrible conditions they had to work in. Moving was not stressful at all thanks to them. If I ever move again, I will only use Moveco. They were such a fantastic experience and did a great job!

Careless! I repeatedly told the movers that my stain glass china cabinet was the most valuable item I owned, and to be extra careful. They broke one of the stain glass panes, and agreed to have it fixed. But it was left to me to arrange the repairs which was a nightmare that took 2 months. Then they hadn’t properly bolted the pieces they had taken apart and had to come back — so I couldn’t finish my unpacking for two months!
They banged up my walls moving in a treadmill. I stood there with another mover both of us offering to remove the legs with the appropriate tool in hand. The lead mover, Bob, kept refusing and insisting that it could be done. The walls are awful! I reported the damage to the walls to the owner twice, but got no response. When Bob returned to finish the move of the China cabinet, I showed him the damage, and yet I never heard from Moveco again.
They just threw all my shoes into a box (Bob again). With shoes ranging from $ 50-​$ 200 a pair, I would have expected at least some paper between the shoes. The shoes were scratch and smooshed. All my clothes were grossly wrinkled, even those in the wardrobe boxes; I’m still making it through ironing. They taped my folding chairs together and now they have permanent tape residue and paint removed from the tape removal.
Overall, the movers were rushed. Took little care for my things. I provided lots of food and drink, kept the AC blaring to make things as comfortable as possible.
The owner is quite nice and accommodated my need to quickly move. But I would definitely not recommend using them, and if you do, watch their every move like a hawk! Don’t expect professional treatment
