Worst McDonald’s ever. Attitude from workers, dirty ass place, slow ass hell. Fire them or close this place down

The McDonalds in JFK Terminal 4 is proficient. They give you what you order when you need it. We ordered a mcdouble and fries for $ 5 as well as some chicken nuggets. Great for the plane ride back to Cali. Overall: might return to buy food for the plane ride if I ever land in JFK again.

I know it’s McDonald’s so I shouldn’t be expecting a high end meal! But this place is nasty! The service is awful and the food is pretty bad for fast food standards. I recommend eating before getting to the airport.

It’s McDonald’s & it’s at the airport. That should be the end of my review right there. Nothing spectacular about the place, although they did just move. So now there’s a nice little seating area in the back. You get to choose your own drink, if you get a meal, but they do have a employee standing there policing you. I guess to make sure people with water cups only take water. The attitudes of the workers are the same for McDonald’s workers everywhere. No matter what time of day you go, they’re most likely angry at life because they’re working at McDonald’s. I usually go here when I’m craving chicken nuggets at work or if I’m doing an overnight shift and I’m hungry. This is the only food place that’s open at 2am. Yes I know it’s not good for me, but I’m fat and I like chicken nuggets. With that being said, you would think at 2am, service would be quicker… no… no it’s not.

Worst McD s I have ever been to. The food is ill prepared and the service is HORRIBLE! Order whatever you want it does not matter because you won’t get it. It will be some other random thing off the menu. If you visit this location… Good luck

This McDonalds is in Terminal 4 of JFK and was the only place open at around midnight on a Thursday. After taking the late flight and missing dinner, I was glad to get some food even if it was fast food.

I don’t plan to be a regular here or anything but I’ve never ever seen such horrible service! The employee girl literally had her back turned to me when she was handing me my receipt. A man next to me asked the girls how much waters were but the girl taking the order was showing her coworker a picture of something on her iPhone. The man asked patiently two or three times and the girls kept talking. «When’s the party?» I mean. Seriously? Ahhh it had to be a joke. They don’t give out water. Not even tap. I don’t know if employees were being lazy or if that’s an actual policy.

I don’t really pay much attention to reviews that don’t address the food because the reviewer just focuses on some negative detail. I have to join that crowd though for this place. The service was lazy and rude just like everyone else has mentioned. They can’t even make eye contact while mumbling at you. They don’t even know their own policy of offering egg whites as a free substitution for regular eggs — . I had the manager condescendingly argue that I’d have to pay extra for this as their promo is only for exactly what is listed. It’s enough that a tired traveller is willing to pay inflated airport prices for mediocre to bad food. Try not to shoo your customers away too.

This McD’s at JFK terminal 4 had lackluster service. I ordered an egg white McMuffin and a latte. I got a regular egg McMuffin with rather I toasted muffin.

I’m a mcdonalds regular and without a doubt, the customer service here is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I flew into JFK at midnight and happened upon this mcdonalds. Made my order and was greeted with the surliest service I’ve ever experienced.(No apparent reason for it, just seemed to hate life) I chalked it up to it being super late at night so I have them a pass. On my way bak through JFK, I gave them another try at 8am. This time the people working there were even grumpier than the last time. God forbid you ask for ketchup!!! Then they screwed up my order… Not sure why everyone here seems to hate life so much. I don’t think that a modicum of customer service and general politeness should be to much to ask. If mcdonalds corporate is listening, FIXTHISSTORE!!!

Notable because, quite seriously, this is the worst McDonald’s food I’ve ever eaten. One generally eats at a McDonald’s because you know what to expect, and it should be the same no matter where you go. I did not expect such awful food! Stale, gross french fries and hard, dried-out Big Macs. With how busy they were, I would have expected the food to be a little more hot and fresh. Combine that with outrageous jacked-up airport prices, and you’ve got a perfect example of a one-star operation.

I typically dont eat at nor review mega chains like the golden arches but this place has been clutch when Ive forgotten my lunch at home. I’ve been assigned to a project here at JFK and this Mc D’s has beengenerally good with quick service and apperance overall. Remember, 2 plain grilled chicken snack wraps, toss wraps, eat chicken, done.

Horrible. Lines can be long. Overpriced airport food. Customer service here is lazy and rude. The employees obviously don’t enjoy their job. The menu is overpriced, there’s no 20 piece chicken nuggets for $ 4.99. :(So I had to settle and get a chicken sandwich. They charge for EVERYTHING here, including condiments and TAP water. It cost 0.50 for tap water, I know some places charge 10 cents but 50 cents! They feed off the hungry travelers who will paid anything for quick, decent fast food(it’s not that fast). On the up side, this is the only place I could find in the airport with cheap food since it is fast food, everything else cost a little bit more. So unfortunately, I might come back for the crappy food and service. Also, when I ask for no salt on my fries, they don’t do it. They’re lazy. They still salt it lightly. I’ve been to MCD who absolutely puts NO salt, so I feel like they can’t even accommodate my request.

Virtually everything at Terminal 4 is overpriced and super crowded. WIth nothing good to eat, people will line up at this McDonalds as soon as they open and the crowds never quit. McDonalds being the most famous chain in the US coupled with lots of curious foreign travelers, is practically a win win choice when the only fast food competition is a crappy KFC Express( ) and a super bland baguette joint( ). Airport versions of Mickey Ds are hardly cheaper and are usually not great, this location is by no means any exception. Anything under $ 7 isn’t enough to get one a «value meal» and their appears to be no dollar menu(which apparently is being phased out). Since the lines are usually pretty lengthy here, service is automatically shotty. Most of the people behind the register have little patience for the ESL(English as a Second Language) crowd and just want to get the order over as soon as possible. Once the food is available, be prepared for McDonalds mediocrity but know the options can always be worse at Terminal 4.
