I just encountered the RUDEST salesperson ever. I went to return an eyeshadow I had purchased that was the wrong color, and she grunted at me and threw my both my old and new receipt in my face. She’s heavy, with long hair and tattoos. I’ve been a long time customer of MAC, and I doubt they want someone of that ilk representing their company.
