GWG Wheels

Found about gwg wheels because my boy had wheels from them, so I did research and seen that they had a shop located in New York, queens to be exact. I actually called and negotiated a deal with them for wheels and tires, so I took my car their, got some wheel 20×9 in the front and 20×9.5 in the front. I wanted the staggered look so I wanted it a little more wider for the back. I grew up of the era of chrome and big rims, so it was a must I went with. 20″ chrome, deep dish rims by gwg… rims and tires totaled me to about $ 1,600 which is a great price… not only were the rims blank, made for order, they had to literally put make the lug holes in themselves at their shop so it was made specifically for my vehicle… took about two hours for everything to be done including balancing with tires and put on my car. Top notch wheels, and the place is a must to visit if you are looking for some for a great price

GWG Wheels is A++ in my book. I called them on a Sunday and got a hold of the Sales rep after seeing some wheels that they had listed on EBay. He answered my questions in regards to fitment for my newly acquired Cadillac. I actually got a better deal by ordering over the website at the time per his suggestion. I ordered the wheels immediately following the call and they arrived at my dealer on Thurs before I was scheduled to pick the car up on Fri. The fit was great and there was free shipping and mounting hardware was included for free as well. Keep up the good work GWG! Hope to deal with u again in the future for my wheel needs.

1– Very unprofessional establishment. They changed the location and did not put new location signs anywhere. 2– I was giving a quote 2 months prior. When I came back for business the owner/​boss lied and told me the employee i was looking for was off and be here tomorrow. So he double the price and changed his price 3 times before i agree to pay for the obvious over pricing. He walked off for 15 mins and i waiting inside the rim shop confused and pissed off. 3– From out of no where the employee pop up and said to me that he apologize about the new prices but couldn’t do anything about it. I waited another 15 mins until i seen another employee and ask where the boss at. 4– Finally i had to find them both the boss told me he could sell me the items but i had to do the technical part cause he was too busy. I Told him no rush i will pay the over price and come back 1 week to pick up. He refuse my offer and only wanted to sell item and told me to put it together myself. I finally told him this is the worst services and he can keep his items its not worth it. 5– Just to be clear the employee was a tall Trinidadian or Guyanese guy who was professional and basically could not help me because of his boss being a prick. THE BOSS NAME IS IRIS OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT, WHITE COMPLEXION BUT NOT AMERICAN. MAJOR CON ARTIST BE CAREFUL TRY TO DO BUSINESS WITH THE EMPLOYEES NOT HIM. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DESTROY MY DAY. I LITERALLY WANTED TO SPIT IN HIS FACE FOR WASTING MY TIME AND TRYING TO BULLSHIT ME. BASICALLY HE SEEN I WAS YOUNG BLACK DRIVING A PORSCHE AND WANTED TO OVER PRICE ME. ONLY FACTS…
