I have now worked with Ken on two real estate transactions and couldn’t be happier. In the first instance, I was a first time home buyer and Ken walked me through every step of the process. Most recently, Ken sold that same property for me while I was living in another state. He did such a great job that I didn’t need to travel to Boston at all during the process.
1. Responsiveness — top notch. Ken provides timely updates and takes the time to answer any questions.
2. Tech Saavy — everything from offers to contracts to wires was handled remotely thanks to Ken and our attorneys online tools.
3. Beautiful Listing — our listing certainly attracted buyers. The staging was great and photos excellent. The Boston Globe even reached out to us and featured our property in their weekly edition.

It was not your standard real estate search process since there were two of us that Ken had to coordinate with and also because it was an investment for us. I’ve worked with several buying agents in the last ten years and Ken stood out above them all. He shared his honest opinions when needed and was attentive and diligent to keep all parties involved on track with the closing. He even stepped beyond the usual agent responsibilities by getting us in touch with contractors and offering to meet up with them as we assessed the work required to reduce our investment property insurance. After the closing, he has kept up with the seller’s agent to ensure that the remaining debris got cleaned up as promised. We will definitely go back to Ken for future business.

Ken is amazing as what he does. We were looking for a property which needed to have some very specific characteristics. Ken listened and was able to get us into the properties that met our needs. When it came time to make an offer Ken helped us walk the fine line between being ahead of the competition but not overpaying. With all the information available through the internet it is tempting to go it alone; but I can say with certainty that without Ken we would’t have been able to see (or in some cases even known about) some of the properties we looked at, and we most definitely would not have ended up with the house we bought at the price we bought it at.

My wife and I recently bought a condo in Arlington through Ken. From the moment we met him Ken’s demeaner put us at ease and helped ease us into the process and mindset of looking for properties that suited us.
On the whole, Ken made the entire process of purchasing a home from looking to closing much less painful than it could have been. He was friendly, timely, very communicative, and available to answer all of our questions during showings, and ultimately through the process of selecting the property we wanted and closing on that property. He also was there for us, and represented us when we needed his expertise or clout to help get things done.

Ken just helped me buy my first home. I met Ken at an open house where he was representing the seller. I was so impressed with how knowledgeable he was about the property, and how un-«salesman”-like he was in his approach, that I asked him to represent me as my buyer’s agent. I had a great experience! Ken walked me through every step of the process, referred me to a great attorney, mortgage lender and home inspector, and offered some much-​needed reassurance throughout the experience.
