Ignite Fitness Development

I can’t imagine a better trainer. I’ve been working with Jesse twice a week for the last three plus years. I’ve seen amazing results in my body not to mention a decrease in my stress level.
He’s smart and brings a ton of expertise to his work — he knows anatomy, nutrition, equipment etc to say nothing of his knack for knowing just how hard he can push someone without overdoing it.
He’s also exceptionally respectful and reliable. He’s a truly honest business person with whom you get what you pay for. No gimmicks.
He’s careful as needed if you come in after an I jury. He’s funny without trying to be. He’s a good listener and about the farthest thing from whatever negative stereotypes you may have of fitness buffs or body builders.
Hire him and you will see results.

I’m having a lot of trouble thinking of how you could do better than Jesse and Ignite.
As one of the other comments said, this is smart-​guy training. Jesse knows his stuff, inside out. What that translates into is an understanding of how to work you as hard as possible without causing injury, pain, or distress – in other words, the ideal really hard workout.
Safety, mobility, functionality, and flexibility are part of the routine. You don’t just go, clock in, put in your time, and check out – you have to be engaged, and Jesse will help you do that.
Is it hard work? You’d better believe it. Jesse loves it when his clients cuss at him.
Is it worth the money? Yes, yes, and yes. That was one of my concerns from the start, and not only has it been worth it all, Jesse has also found ways to help me get more «bang for the buck,» and it’s been terrific.
Ultimately, you can tell Jesse’s goal is to help his clients reach their goals. He is not doing this to mark time before going to grad school, or as a sideline to some internet marketing business. He does this because he wants it to happen for other people. I’m incredibly fortunate to have found this galoot.
P. S. for cardiophobes: I hate cardio. Repetitious treadmills, stationary bikes, and so on, drive me up the wall. You will not find those here, but you will still get an amazingly intense workout.

Jesse is passionate and sincere about his work which is a rare find in the fitness industry. He is in it for the right reasons and he is extremely focused, dedicated and knowledgeable about the science of muscle development and about pushing you to go beyond what you perceive to be your limits.
I have the highest level of respect for Jesse and his company and I would recommend Ignite to anyone, especially those looking for real results.

It’s clear the trainers take their role serious, and take your personal fitness goals equally as serious. Workouts are based on the science of getting and maintaining fitness. If you’re reading this then chances are you’re trying to decide if these guys are worth the money. Below are the questions I had and what I’ve found since working with Jesse. Note, I’ve only worked with Jesse, but from what I can tell he’s picked his team carefully and they follow his lead.
* Are they just muscle heads?
No, quite the contrary. Jesse always has a reason for each exercise, and a deep knowledge of the mechanics. He’s constantly checking in to see if he’s reaching what he’s targeting but not causing injury along the way. This is *intelligent* physical training.
* Will the trainer make me feel like a wuss?
This was one of my worries years ago when I first thought about training. I guess I expected Army boot camp drill sergeants breaking you down to make you a man. :-) The reality is that Jesse and his team are friendly, welcoming, and very non-​judgmental. The focus is on where YOU are and how YOU’re progressing. There’s supportive urging, but you’ll never hear «Move your worthless ass, maggot!» :-D
* What if it’s too hard?
Well, that’s kinda the point. I would never train this hard on my own. Anytime it feels «too hard», I remind myself this is exactly why I’m paying him. And again, Jesse is always right there to encourage or distract.
* How much? That’s pretty expensive!
True, it’s not cheap, and the thought did cross my mind that I could take the money I’d be investing in training over a couple years and put it towards a single, simple liposuction. Ultimately, I know I need the exercise but that I will always be too easy on myself. So, if I’m going to pay someone, then I want to make it count. The expense buys serious, significant, individualized training and the price makes sure I’ll pay attention.
** Final Comments
I’ve used a number of different trainers over the years. Jesse is among the best. The price is significant, but that detail isn’t lost on Jesse — he does all he can to give you (and get you to take!) your money’s worth.

This is a team of people who know what they are doing and have the experience, certifications, and accolades to prove it. The knowledge and expertise of all the trainers shows in their careful design and implementation of personalized routines to reach each client’s goal.
The thing that I like most about working with Ignite is the diversity and challenge of each workout. Every workout is slightly different and when things start getting easy or boring the trainers up the ante to keep you on track and progressing.
They are very knowledgeable about injury prevention and correcting imbalances and they pay close attention to proper form. In working with them, I have corrected many imbalances and become a stronger, better weightlifter.
The morning metabolic bootcamp is no joke! If you want to burn some serious calories for an entire day, go to the bootcamp and get your but kicked for an hour! You will not regret it for a minute! If you go, you will lose weight and get stronger!
Lastly, everyone at Ignite is very nice, approachable, and friendly in a very genuine way. These are people who really care about the wellbeing of their clientele!

Ignite Fitness development is simply the best! They are very knowledgable and tailor workouts suitable to meet your goals and abilities. They seem to know just how to push you further and safely to achieve more than you think your capable of doing.
