I have worked with Hannah in both professional and personal settings.
For work, Hannah has photographed all of our major events ranging from 75 people — 600 people. Her work always captures the emotions of those there, she goes with the flow, and the end result is always incredible. In addition she has photographed for all our recent marketing materials.
Most recently I used Hannah for my maternity and new born pictures. Everything that was sent to us was perfect — our hardest decision was which pictures to print.
Working with Hannah is a pleasure.

Long overdue review. Hannah photographed our intimate city hall ceremony for which we had about 20 people total. She was amazing. On such an important day, it was so nice to have one thing we didn’t have to worry about — we knew we were in good hands with Hannah and could focus on what was important– our special day.
Hannah was communicative and professional throughout the process. From our first emails to our introductory meeting to the event to receiving photos afterward, we were impressed. And her work speaks for itself. She captured so many special moments from the day, moments that will be a part of our lasting memories. We loved her style. Yes, we had posed photos, but the ones we love most were the multitude of candid pictures — sparkling eyes, tears, smiles, embraces.
No hesitation. Hannah is the one to go to.

We have used Hannah Cohen Photography for engagement photos, engagement party photos and are so excited to have her as our wedding photographer in October.
Hannah’s work is something really special. Her ability to capture perfect candid moments is incredible, and her knack for making clients feel comfortable in front of the camera is evident in the posed photos she produces.
We could not be happier with the photos we’ve received from Hannah thus far, and hope she isn’t sick of us yet because we plan to use her for every big event in the future!

We could not have asked for a better photographer for our October wedding. Hannah took beautiful photographs that completely captured the beauty of the day. She really focused on getting to know both of us and asked questions to make sure she captured the day just as we hoped she would. We were suppose to have an outdoor wedding in my parents backyard but had a rain storm that hit the day of our wedding. Hannah was such a calm, helpful and flexible person, lending a hand whenever she could all while taking beautiful photo’s.
We have had friends and family rave over our photographs that Hannah took. She has a way of capturing moments during your wedding that you want to revisit over and over again. I would definitely recommend Hannah as a wedding photographer. We could not be happier with both our engagement and wedding photo’s that she took.

Hannah Cohen was the best photographer to have at our wedding! Our wedding was in a family home and Hannah and her second shooter were our only «vendors.» They fit in with our family and friends seamlessly and all the family commented on how nice they were. Also I almost never saw them taking pictures. I know they were– but I didn’t notice at the time.
Hannah is also fantastic at getting you to relax in front of the camera. After the engagement session my husband and I were so much more at ease with having our picture taken.
The photos themselves are gorgeous and perfectly capture how very much fun our wedding was.
I cannot recommend Hannah highly enough!

It was a total privilege having Hannah as our wedding photographer. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and a very talented woman.
Hannah is unbelievably friendly and genuine. You can tell from the very beginning, she is truly interested in getting to know you. She asked us a lot of questions — many of which we had not even previously considered — both about us, our wedding, our preferences and our families. She showed a great deal of concern about making everything go smoothly. During the actual wedding, it felt like she was just one of the guests — an old friend we’d known forever. Our family and friends commented on how much of a pleasure it was to talk to her.
She was also extremely accommodating, even as schedules and events were changing in real time. We had a destination wedding, which brings with it its own complexities, and though we often had to rearrange things — including her schedule — she was kind enough to not only make the change, but be willing to roll with the punches real time.
Most importantly, she is an amazing photographer. She has an authentic, journalistic style. For us, that was absolutely perfect. We wanted to be able to look back at our wedding pictures and have them remind us of how we, our family and our friends were feeling. We wanted our day to be captured as authentically as possible, with as little artificial posing as possible and Hannah did just that. All the pictures ended up looking beyond great. In trying to choose which ones to print, my family practically gave up and we printed almost the full batch.
Overall, my [now-]husband and I could not recommend Hannah more.

We loved having Hannah as our photographer! She did an incredible job and the photos turned out amazing! Hannah is a genuine person and you can tell she really cares about her clients and the quality of her work. She is super professional, sweet, and super fun — I couldn’t have asked for a better photographer to work with. Hannah took the time to get to know us, meet us over coffee, figure out our style/​personalities and then we met up again to walk through the venue together. I actually received a ton of compliments from the guests/​bridal party on how awesome Hannah was, in addition to how beautiful the photos came out. When I think back on that perfect day, I remember how Hannah was seamlessly non-​intrusive but direct, and extremely courteous/​sweet. She knew that I needed to be told how to pose and did so without making me feel uncomfortable. Same goes for my family members who are also awkward posers, telling them to put their hands in their pockets, or do a side-​arm, etc… I asked Hannah to take a mixture of photos that captured naturally lighting, candid photos, portraits w/​families, as well as incorporating a journalistic element to capture all the décor details — she totally nailed it! In addition, she got the photos edited and uploaded online in record time, within a week of our wedding! Go with Hannah Photography you won’t regret it!
