Business Owner

Annie is passionate about empowering her clients to maintain a strong connection between mind and body as a path of wellness.

Her experiences and training over the past decade in the Healing Arts, include: a BA in Psychology, which she utilized as a Residential Counselor for teenagers struggling with mental health issues; several years of intensive training and teaching of a Korean style of Yoga and Energy healing; and as a massage therapist trained in Swedish, Deep tissue, Sports massage, Neuromuscular, Myofascial and Acupressure techniques.

As a Mother herself, Annie is also thrilled to be certified in Prenatal Massage, and considers it an honor and a privilege to work with pregnant women and be a part of their support system during this important and pivotal life stage. She is trained to offer specific Massage techniques to women prenatally as well as during labor and immediately post postpartum.
