History

Established in 1962.

Walter L Williams Jr. took over the business from his father who got into real estate after being the sawmill and logging business for many years. Walter Sr. developed subdivisions in the Jacksonville area, along with owning a sawmill and running logging operations up and down the St. Johns river. Walter Jr, took over around 1962 and expanded the real estate business to what it is today. The family is still in the logging business but Walter Jr concentrated on selling, developing and managing real estate.

Do not rent from this company. They are crooks and will keep your deposit and charge you for things that you have already done or paid for to be done. Their management team is horrible they do not care about you. They ignore you as soon as you sign their agreement. Trying to get in touch with anyone there is impossible. Their stance on customer service has gone down the drain and they treat you with zero professionalism. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! They will steal your money!
