Who doesn’t love to be pampered? Kim, my manicurist, did a tremendous job on both my hands and feet. I left Hollywood Nails (now called Universal Nails & Spa) feeling like a new woman! Highly recommend the deluxe mani/​pedi for $ 35. Kim gave me the works: foot soak, pumice stone, salt scrub, cuticle cut, nail trim, hand, foot, leg and arm massage, paraffin wax, moisturizer and paint. Talk about getting the royal treatment. Wow. I spent two luxurious hours with no complaints and smiling wide.
They also offer gift certificates in any amount. Highly recommend this, too. I sent my boyfriend’s mom here for her birthday last week. She had a male manicurist who spent two hours pampering her just like mine did me a few days before. Her hands and feet looked beautiful and she raved how wonderful her experience was and how meticulous he was with her nails and feet. Perfect.
While there, the spa massage chair is a must. You can play with the many massage button options while you sip some complimentary wine. The staff is great here; professional and super friendly. This is a Vietnamese owned & operated store and the quality of work they do here is the BEST I’ve had so far in Jacksonville.
They advertise as a full service spa. They also offer therapeutic massage, threading, fills, eye lash extensions and tinting, full sets acrylics, permanent make-​up, spa facials, body waxing, gel polish plus many other services to pamper you.
This place deserves the 5 STARS I’m giving them and if I could give them 100, I would. Great location, easy parking, & excellent value. Really can’t wait to go back!
