***BEWARE!!! I wouldn’t recommend going to Tuffy Auto for any services or repairs. I got a new set of tires and the place I went to didn’t do car tire alignments. I was referred over from Discount Tires to go to Tuffy to do my car tire alignment. The guy at Tuffy Auto looked at my car. About 20 minutes later, I was told they couldn’t fix my alignment without having other services fixed on my car. The cost of the repairs was over $ 500. I told them I didn’t want to have anything fixed yet. Later on, I went to two different mechanics and was told that my alignment was fine and didn’t need to be fixed. I was also told the additional repairs that Tuffy told me I had to repair wasn’t true at all. I can’t believe that Tuffy would recommend fixing things on a car that didn’t really need to be fixed.

Came in for an oil change very nice place friendly staff. My truck wouldn’t fit in the stall so they did my oil changed outside thank you guys for not turning me away because I didn’t fit most shops wouldn’t do that. Will definitely be back in 5000 miles fro my next oil change

The service is great and efficient. HOWEVER, they tried to tell me I needed new brakes. They said mine were 2 mm thick and they needed replacing at 3 mm. I waited, went to a Toyota Dealership, and had it checked. Come to find out, my brakes were 6 mm thick. Mmm imagine that! Tuffy sucks at customer service! A bunch of sharks just trying to make money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I do not recommend this place. I asked questions about the repairs they said my vehicle needed and they got irritated with me for asking questions. They also told me I had to fix my spark plugs to be able to figure out the real problem with my car. Don’t waste your money!

I’ve been going to the Beach Boulevard location for quite a while for regular maintenance, oil change, brakes and miscellaneous things. Recently I got stuck at a gas station because my battery died right after fueling up and when I tried to jump start it with a strangers car it still would not work. So I called tuffy and Adam who remembered me from previous service sent somebody to come jump start my car literally within a few minutes and when I brought the car to them they put in a high quality battery within 15 minutes and I was good to go again. It was at the start of a weekday right before many work appointments so it really saved me a lot of time and possible issues. I have never been keen on car mechanics from past experiences but tuffy on beach has been great to me over the past few years. I don’t get that sketchy vibe I feel from most car mechanics. Felt I had to give them a deserving great review for being consistent.

Super good! Great service, great lobby, and great coffee. I got a car from my friend that recently serviced the radiator there. After two months the fluid leaked I took it back in and explained the situation. They serviced it free of charge! Thanks guys!

I’ve never in my life felt good about spending 500 dollars. Until now. I went in for a routine oil change and was told the general maintenance requirements were overdue. When I informed them that I’d have to wait on a tax return to pay for the service, the manager told me openly and honestly «don’t sweat it, just wait until it comes in». It was nice not to be pushed, and there was no pressure to come back, so upon receiving my return, I came back to Tuffy and got the work done and the car is running better than ever. There’s something to be said for good, honest people who make you feel comfortable AND confident about your purchase. Thanks Tuffy!!!

I am infamous for not taking good care of my cars. I rarely remember to change my oil and rotate my tires or even go in for the normal routine maintenance check ups mainly because I always felt like I am going to be taken advantage of when I do. That all changed though with my first visit to Tuffy and I have been going back to them ever since,
Tuffy doesn’t try to up-​sell me every time I go in and their service is awesome. The other day I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and they had me in and out in 30 minutes, on a Tuesday evening! That’s basically unheard of. On top of that I had received a mailer that looked like a gift certificate so I brought it with me to see what the catch was… no catch, I wasn’t charged a thing!
If you want honest, quick service on your vehicle I recommend visiting Tuffy because they actually know what they are doing, and don’t take advantage of you just because they know you don’t.

When my husband could hear my brakes squealing before he could see me pull in, I knew I was overdue for new brake pads. We were referred to Tuffy by the guy at the Discount Tires place (since they don’t work on brakes there). The location is convenient. The waiting area was very clean and the staff was professional. They provided a fair estimate before commencing any work and a few hours later, my car was ready for pick up. They didn’t try to oversell any additional work on my car which was refreshing.
