David P. Trotti, P.A. was founded in June 2000 and has served the citizens of Northeast Florida with their domestic/​family law issues, criminal matters, bankruptcy filings and many other legal issues that affect our day to day lives. We are dedicated to providing quality service at an affordable price.

Business Owner

David P. Trotti has resided in Jacksonville since 1973 and graduated from Terry Parker High School in 1987. He went on to attend Jacksonville University from 1987 through 1990, and University of North Florida in the fall of 1990 before enlisting in the United States Marine Corps. He served in our American Embassies in Vienna, Austria and Dar Es Salamm, Tanzania. He earned the rank of E-​6, Staff Sergeant.

David returned to Jacksonville University where he graduated in 1996 with a Bachelors in Music Eduction. David was involved in our local junior and senior high schools where he instructed several school’s marching drum lines and gave private drum lessons. After graduation he took a position with the Central Intelligence Agency prior to being accepted into the Florida Coastal School of Law. David graduated with his Juris Doctorate in August 1999 and was accepted to the Florida Bar in April 2000. David is also Certified by the State of Florida as a family law mediator.
