The Disney Store

Love love LOVE! You can always find what your looking for (and even what you’re not looking for but now have to get). I go in all the time for my daughter to add to her Minnie Mouse collection and she loves it too. It’s always clean and the staff is so sweet.

I absolutely love this store! The staff is extremely friendly and they are always well stocked. Their prices are displayed well and when they have stuff on clearance it is well marked. The staff is always willing to look in the back for extra sizes which can be very helpful. They are also always willing to call other stores for availability. The check out process is quick and efficient as well. Overall I really like this store and will continue to shop here.

This is now our only Disney Store in the Jacksonville area and I“m glad we have it. Disney stuff everywhere you look — how awesome is that?! Yea, I love Disney, everyone knows it, so this is definitely my kinda store!
I disagree with the person that said you find «Disney Prices» here on everything. No, you really don’t. Yes, there are some items that are up there in price just like they would be if you were in one of the Parks, but they also have a lot of great deals in here and they usually have items on sale. They had some really cool toys in here on sale today for $ 10 (would have been at least $ 20 in the Parks).
You’ll find all the princess dresses for the girls. Great place to find a Halloween costume for your little girl, or get her one «just because» so she can play dress-​up at home and feel like a princess whenever she wants!
The employees are all just great. They’ve very friendly and helpful. Someone is always near the door to welcome you almost the second you step in the store. They’re so nice, it almost makes me wonder if they had to go through The Disney University down in Lake Buena Vista just to work here! LOL
Bottom line: If you are a Disney lover, or your kid is a Disney lover, or you need to buy a gift for someone who is a Disney lover, then you’re sure to find something in this store!

It’s the only Disney Store in the area any more, and it’s always fun to browse. There is always a wall of plush, plenty of t-​shirts, Princesses for the girls and Cars for the boys. The employees always have that Disney happiness, which is nice. Prices are Disney prices.
