Not recommended. Bad customer service experience after paying for one of the package they offered.

Absolutely terrible as far as customer service goes. The service itself I will never know. So I’m about 3 minutes late due to getting a bit lost. As I walk up to open the door it’s locked! Stood there for a bit and tried opening again. Still locked. Called and no one answers. Just great. I will not be coming back or referring anyone here ever.

I went to Sophie’s for a Brazilian, I had never gotten one before. Jessica, the owner, I believe that is her name, did my waxing and it was amazing. She made me feel as if my sister, or someone I’ve known for years and felt extremely comfortable with was doing it. I was completely shocked at the comfort I had with her, seeing as this was my first professional waxing. The pain was not that bad. I thought it was going to be the worst pain i’ve ever experienced, but to be honest, i’ve had cramps hurt worse. My overall results and experiece at Sophie’s on a scale from 1 – 10 I would have to say a 10. She got everything front and back. I could not be more happy with my results and I am so glad I decided on Sophie’s Skin Studio. Great business. Highly recommended.

I came in here for a facial and it was really good. They will caterer to any special requests you have and the esthetician was really knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me a million dollars worth of products. That alone makes the experience fun! They also offer other salon services but I didn’t grab a price list to see what they are. If you are wavering on checking this place out I would recommend going for it!

I resently moved here from california and i am trying to find a new place to have my brazilian done mind you i get them done monthly i know what a brazilian feels like pain wise and that ALL hair gets to be removed thats why i like it. I went to sophias with a groupon the girl tht did my brazilian althoug nice, atentive and friendly was not the one tht describes herself on their website as the «waxing princess». I have a feeling she was new bcs she took an HOUR and it was so slow anyone tht gets waxed knows the faster the hair gets pulled the better she tried very hard to make me confortable and i am grateful hence the 4 stars AND she got every hair possible in the front but a brazilian it was not because she didnt do the back ! Its like washing you hair with just shampoo and no conditioner the job was half done. She also spray me with this disenfectant that was the most painful thing ever like rubbin alcohol my wax girl in calif NEVER used that and her spa is in beverly hills. The place was clean and she did use gloves n offer me something to drink. Would i go again? I am thinking of trying brazils spa see if they are any better if they are not ill stick with this one because like i said in the front she did removed everything.
