Love having a neighborhood Sam’s and the prices are competitive with others. Great deals, and the store is organized and clean. A friendly customer service Representative always puts a smile on my face.

This is a decent location… The store is kept clean… The employees are helpful for the most part. They offer a large selection of items at pretty good prices… A lot of the items here are offered in bulk or larger packages than a regular retail store, so it’s not for everyone… The gas at this particular location is usually pretty cheap.

A lot of the people who work here must not be too happy or customer service isn’t encouraged. From the pharmacist to the person behind the food counter were very rude, like I was bothering them. Most of the customers ride around in those motorized shopping carts that take up the large isles. I would like stores to demand seeing their handicapped sign that you put in your window. One just about ran me over, plus some really do not know how to drive them. My worst complaint is the lack of customer service and down right rudeness of the workers.

I’ll sat that every single visit to this location is always a disappointment. They just can’t seem to get it right. From not having carts available at the entrance, to employees that move at a snail’s pace and management that simply isn’t responsive to their role in serving customers, this place is stereotypically WalMart. The prices can be good, but as with any retailer, you need to watch and compare costs based on cost per portion size. I visit this place several times a week as it is right by my home, but again, it’s like visiting the lesser of 2 evils with the lack of quality selections along Dunn Ave/Busch Dr. I’ve tried to reach out to management over the 6 years that I have lived in this area, but they just don’t seem to care. The regional manager has never once returned my call, even though her secretary has promised she would do so. It’s almost a running joke how much they don’t care about their customers… Finally, I find it a bit dishonest for them to openly display all of the«membership» options available to customers. Recently they only offer the $ 100 plus membership, and I’ve actually overheard employees lying to customers and telling them they only have this $ 100 membership, when that is simply untrue. Management has to know this is going on, so it seems just another way that WalMart/Sam’s Club will slide on ethics to make money. I don’t hate this place, but it’s definitely a love/hate relationship if that makes any sense! They only take MasterCard as a credit card option. This is not unusual for warehouse type clubs, but I can’t tell you how may times I’ve been behind a customer that was paying that was not aware of this policy and had to cancel their order.

This SAMs club is surprisingly nice for its location. The cashiers r usually friendly. Decent size so I usually don’t have issues finding what I need. The meat price saving more than pay for the membership

Now we have been going to Sam’s on Dunn ave. for years now. We have always found good meat here(there’s only 2 I will buy meat in) We also get their fresh fruit and most of it is from the states too. Surprise Ya ha. I do like most everything in the place and they normally have some good prices. Now one of my guilty pleasure has for some reason been their pizza. I don’t know if it’s the cheese or the size of the slice or the price 1.98 a slice for pepperoni. It’s the price and the cheese it just for some reason to me taste great.
