Business Owner

HB entered the United States Air Force directly out of high school on 1982. He was honorably discharged in 1986 after serving as an avionics specialist on the F15 fighter jet. After working as a floor covering salesman at Carpetland USA in Springfield, Il he was encourage and supported by his dad to purchase the existing Friedman“s Paint Co. in Jacksonville, Il. The name was changed to Sablotny Paint and eventually evolved over the next 20 years into primarily a floorcovering store specializing in residential and commercial flooring. Sablotny Floors has been blessed with long term talented and loyal coworkers Linda, Shawn, Amy, & Randy. HB has been married to his wife Kim since 1984 and they have two adult children Tara and Bryce.
