Fabulous place to get your nails and toes done! The service is always very classy. They never make you feel rushed. And they always offer you free drinks such as soda, water, and slushies. I’ve tried many other salons but I won’t go any where else now.

This is my new nail place! I love the atmosphere, the people know what they are doing, and everyone speaks English very well with good personalities. And they have wine :-). Love that.

This place is friendly and they use tools that are individually wrapped, so I have to assume they were sanitized. In fact, the technician dropped one of the tools midway through my pedi, stopped and opened another package to replace it with a clean one. They include several very nice extras in the price of the basic pedi ($ 28): hot stone massage, warm foot wax, and hot towels on your calves while they polish. I’m picky, but I was pleased. In fact, Katie did a better job than a couple of higher end nail spas I’ve tried. Will return whenever I’m in Jax!

The young man here does a gel manicure that lasts OVER two weeks, I’m rough on my hands so that saying a lot for the quality!

This place is and always will be my favorite place to go. Amazing customer service and I feel like a queen when I leave. Puts all other salons to shame in Jacksonville!

I asked for my nails on my hands to be done as well as my eye brows! And my eyebrows weren’t done! In other words he didn’t put in the request for my eyebrows. Even after the receptionist person In charge told me ok! It’s crazy that they charge you $ 15 just take of acrylic layover. And then they charge an extra $ 15 for gel polish. I will never go here again! Too expensive for a shitty job!

After checking out all the available options around my hotel (the Aloft Jacksonville Airport) I picked this salon for a pedicure. I was in town on a weekday and early afternoon there was no wait. The inside was clean and had nice décor.
I asked for a pedicure and as the woman proceeded I began thinking they were giving me more than the basic pedicure I had asked for– she used a hot stone briefly on the soles of my feet, and used a mask on my feet for a few minutes. I started bracing myself for an argument about not paying for services I didn’t ask for but when she brought me the bill it was for the basic $ 28 pedicure!!! To top it off she gave me a nice shoulder massage while my toes were under the dryer. I would definitely come back here again.

Enjoyed my experience. .the staff was polite and did an outstanding job! Going back… they also have a rewards program!
