Repair was satisfactory. Zero communication. Vehicle complete 1 week late. I am not a resident of Jacksonville, so I had to pay hotel, rental car, meals, etc. the whole time I was waiting on the vehicle. Quite expensive. Not recommended.

Found these guys because theyre the only AAA-​recommended body shop in Jax that works on Fords.
An insurance company did all the paying, so I’m not sure about pricing. But the body shop manager, Steve, was really helpful even when he didnt have to be. As straight talker like him can be tough to find when youre in a bind to get your car back in running shape. glad I got lucky this time
