LG Framework Properties

LG Framework, LLC buys homes, generally vacant or foreclosed homes, renovates and resells. The common term is ‘Flippers”. We recently purchased one of their homes, and found their ethics of disclosure poor. We were told all the appliances were new, and discouraged us from requesting a home warranty because of that. Upon moving in, we started hearing a strange, loud popping noise coming from the fridge? We contacted our realtor, since we didn’t receive any paperwork for it? The sellers offered no help. I contacted GE with serial number, shocked to find that is was manufactured in 2008! Not new or under warranty. I recommend to any home buyer, as pain staking as it can be. get all documentation for all high priced items, prior to closing, and check serial numbers and make sure they match. Don’t get deceived like we were.
