Holley’s Bar B Q

A 5-​Star review… I know, I know. But continue to read and you’ll know as well.
Holley’s is a place that I wouldn’t normally go to because it’s not on the side of town that I’m usually on, but after watching my co/​friends Snapchat I knew I had to try it.
Parking is limited, but the wait is short.
I was greeted by a man around the same age as me whose customer service was A1! Everything was fresh and hot out of the BBQ grill/​smoker, he made a recommendation for me and I ordered it.
The ribs and chicken are seasoned before they hit the grill! Y’all don’t know how many times I’ve been to a BBQ joint and they just slap sauce on the meat after its off the grill but show it no love before!
Holley’s is known more for their fried chicken and curly fries but in my opinion their meat was better than anything I had at Jerome Browns or Jenkins! Oh, and their customer service is better too.
I’m definitely going back to try some items that other ppl suggested. Oh, and I gave Holley’s 5 stars because I didn’t expect their customer service to be amazing like it was… Oh and of course the food played a big role in this rating as well!
Ps; I’m nibbling on a piece of rib as I write this review and I must say… The leftovers taste better!

The have great curly fries I always get them with sauce on the side. They are listed in the hood and food is super good. The sweet tea is yummy for a quick on the go meal. This is the place. $ 5.00 you can get a full meal

Holleys barbecue sell the best wings and curly fries and the sauce they put on the wings is delicious and don’t forget the specials they have all the time it located on Moncrief Rd at 26^th st.

Holley’s Bar B Q doesn’t have any fancy slogans, scantily clad waitresses, televisions, or a place for you to sit. But what it lacks in ambiance it makes up for in taste. In my humble opinion the best chicken wings in Jacksonville hands down. Their chicken is expertly seasoned, tender, and delicious. My personal favorite is the 5 wing plate which comes with curl-q’s and a drink, I highly recommend the sweet & tangy sauce.

Buddy from Jacksonville say this is as real as it gets in town. Rappers bring their security detail… you should too.
