Established in 1986.

Started by Robert Harris and Dennis Guidi back in 1986, our Law Firm has been helping Jacksonville residents with legal issues for over 25 years. We continue to serve the greater Jacksonville metro area with excellent legal representation for many matters.

Business Owner

Dennis Guidi received his J.D. degree form Samford University in Alabama, and has been a member in good standing with the Florida Bar Association since 1975.

A Bronze Star Medal Winner for service in the U.S. Air Force, Dennis is active in the Jacksonville Bar Association as well as the National Diocesan Attorney’s Association and a past president of the Catholic Lawyers Guild.
